If you are interested in applying for the Mentorship Program that iMED is offering its members, please fill out the following application and submit it to Ryan Magalong, the Mentorship Intern, at rmagalon@uci.edu by Friday, December 18th at 5PM. Spaces are limited and we will not be taking any applications past the deadline. If you are granted into the program, you will receive an email from us at the end of winter break/beginning of winter quarter with more instructions.
